Beautiful 2400 square foot twin home with a walkout! It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, double garage, Washer&Dryer, fenced in backyard and in a peaceful neighborhood. The main level living room has a gas fireplace, 75”SmartTv and a top of the line power recliner with adjustment options and USB ports. The lower level boasts a 55” SmartTv, gas fireplace and an extra large comfy couch! The lower level bedroom has a futon and a 40” SmartTv as well. There’s additional space in the lowest level if needed. We currently offer NetFlix and the ultimate package from SlingTv which offers a majority of the premium channels. Board games, cards and dice are also supplied. Propane grill and patio furniture are available as well l! All Linen is provided and the kitchen has all the essentials. The property is 2 min from I-29, super close to restaurants/fast food, WH Lyon fairgrounds and Starbucks. . Short drive to Downtown, Denny Sanford Center, Airport and the Empire Mall. Weekly and monthly rates available. Thanks for looking and have a great day!

Great house and great location
The house was perfect for our trip to SD for a basketball tournament. Plenty of room for multiple families and comfortable beds and couches. It was close to everything we needed. The house was clean, tons of room and stocked with all the things we needed. Galen was communicative and quick to reply to any questions we had. We would love to stay in the future.

Great Property
This was an awesome space. We had 4 kids with us and the basement area was a gift. There was a tv, futon and pool table. Plenty of room for them to run around and have fun. The other spaces were perfect. Every amenity is provided included soft blankets to cuddle up under. The host was very responsive and kind. The garage was a huge bonus in South Dakota and we were very happy. We would recommend this to most. (lots of stairs with 4 levels) :)

Great stay for family Christmas
Galen communicated thoroughly and the property has a ton of little amenities that you don’t get everywhere. It even had a hair dryer which we forgot. Thanks for the hospitality!

Awesome hosts and house!
Very warm cozy atmosphere and everything was as advertised. Hosts checked in with us also to ensure our stay was on par. Entire experience couldnt have been better. Definately would stay again!
