クラークキー駅から徒歩5分、チャイナタウン駅から徒歩10-15分程にある、大き過ぎないおしゃれなインテリアのホテル。朝食は豊富な種類のコンチネンタルブレックスファーストで美味しいかった。22時まで利用出来るプールもありとても良かった。

プールが素敵でした。小さなホテルなので、プールが静かなのも良かったです。部屋は流石に選んだ20平米のところは狭いかなぁと思いました。朝ごはんは品数は多くないけど、意外に美味しかったです。

Good points. The location is very good and very convenient to go anywhere. It is right on Clarke Quay, so you don't have to worry about where to have dinner. There is a laundry in the basement and I was able to do my own laundry. The rooms are not large but stylish and relaxing. What is not so good I pressed the housekeeping button before going out, but when I returned in the evening, the room had not been cleaned. This happened often. The housekeeping staff was very nice and delivered towels and toiletries as soon as I asked for them, but it was a hassle to call and request them every time. We stayed for 5 nights and the cleaning was only in place for 2 days. This would have been acceptable for 1-2 nights, but since we stayed 5 nights, it was tiring. Other than that, I think it is a very nice hotel.

冷蔵庫の温度がさがらない。 故障かと思い確認したらこれがMAXだから、冷たいのが飲みたいなら氷をいれろと言われた。 ちなみにルームサービスでアイスは5ドル。 朝10に出かける時にハウスキーピングをたのんだか16時30に戻っても何もされてない。 クレームをいれると10分くらいできたが水やシャンプーなどの備品の補充なし。 あえて良いところはシャワーの水圧くらい。

スタッフが家族的で、挨拶を自然とかわすことができた。朝ごはんのスタッフはお母さんのようで、やさしさが心地良かった。入口のポーターサービスも行き届いていて、印象が良い。クラークキーも、チャイナタウンも徒歩圏内で便利。部屋は少し狭い感じはあった。あとバスタブがないのは残念です。

部屋は綺麗で整っており、快適でした。 部屋が狭い中で工夫されているので、多少洋服の出し入れなどは難儀しました。靴ベラなどあると良かったです。 チェックアウト後の荷物の預けだけでなく、シャワーも使わさせてくれるのはありがたいです。 プールやジムもありましたが余裕ありませんでした。

セキュリティも良好でプールサイドの部屋は非常に快適でした。若干部屋は狭いのですが問題ありません。ただテレビが写らず、フロントに説明するとすぐに修理して写るようになり問題はありませんでした。対応も良いと考えます。場所も非常に良い場所でクラークキーやチャイナタウンも3分でつきますし、クラークキーの駅も非常に近いので便利です。コストも安くお勧めの宿泊施設ですね。

ビジネスホテルの延長にあるようなホテルでゆっくり滞在をしたいいう方には不向きです。クラークキー駅近くなので、電車で観光をしようという方にはとても交通の便が良いです。要は使い方次第ですね。
