綺麗でサービスもしっかりしていて満足です。近くにいいコインランドリーがないのが少し残念でした。朝のビュッフェは今までで一番いいホテルでした。

Mandarin Oriental rarely fails to deliver, nor does the Singapore branch. A great hotel with fantastic, dedicated and service minded staff. Enjoyable from beginning to end and highly recommended.

This is really a business hotel suited for people coming in and out of Singapore for meetings or breakfast/lunch meetings. The hotel is generally fine but hasn’t been fully upgraded throughout and certainly parts of it feel dated or worn out. There was a damp smell coming from the area outside our room which needed to be dehumidified, and our room constantly felt “wet” while our kids room was much dryer. Service is good and there are 2-3 restaurants in the hotel which were generally empty (and we stayed while Taylor Swift was in town) but with decent food. Rooms are small but adequate. Hotel is located close to the Marina Bay Sands and the SunTec mall. There was a lot of construction going on outside and the immediate area is otherwise empty. About a 10-15 min drive to the malls in Orchard and anywhere else in the main southern part of Singapore you might want to go which is convenient. Overall the hotel is functional with good service but lacks energy and character, and I left feeling there was nothing memorable about my stay.

Great room, very spacious, we got a sea view and did experience construction noises on the bay which is out of hotels control. Staff, space, room was 10/10 only had an issue with late night room service being basic and very regrettable. I get we ordered late but it was unpleasant. My only regret is we didn't try the hotels Japanese restaurant

Pool area was great. Room was probably smallest out of all hotels we stayed in but all whats needed was provided except the hurdle to step over entrance to the bathroom was annoying and we kept tripping over it. Compared to other hotels the price was high. Has 6 elevators but had to wait the longest to actually get one and kept being an issie to operate. Overall average hotel and nothing wow except the price ;)

Outstanding hotel. Lovely pool. Breakfast second to none. In-house dinning options excellent, but expensive. Great cheaper dinning options available in the immediate vicinity. Short stroll from major attractions. Very enjoyable stay.

Our expectations were high because it's a mandarin. But we were let down by a few small things - service was always polite, but often quite slow. Little details were missed - like not having umbrellas in the room for guests during rainy season. There is no real lobby space to sit. And the two bars to grab drinks are both very fancy - so it misses that more casual option. Also there is a private club that gets widely advertised, but is only available fo certain room classes, I suspect booking the right room and having access to the club would help.

Exceptionally Singapore
Truly exceptional stay over NYE at the MO Singapore. The renovation is fabulous and the property is stunning. Our Marina Bay view room overlooking the fireworks was a night to remember. A bit of a mixup at check in for our extended stay however Cindy and team were there to address our concerns and create a memorable stay that my family will remember for a lifetime. Hats off the the team and I look forward to returning at some point in the future.
