Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage

Pros: Das Haus hat alles was man sich für einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub vorstellt .Antoni war immer sofort zur Stelle, wenn es ein kleines Problem gab und sehr freundlich , der Pool war sauber und für die Reinigung wurde ebenfalls gesorgt Wir kommen gerne wieder Danke Antoni

Super schattig huisje op een heerlijke rustige lokatie zeer privé

Pros: De rust en de lokatie! perfect gelegen in het midden van het eiland auto dus noodzakelijk! Contact eigenaar verliep goed via whatsapp de (stenen) bbq was er niet meer maar hij kwam de dag erna gelijk een (mobiele) nieuwe brengen Cons: Er waren problemen met de stroom na contact met eigenaar opgelost

Schöne Lage, ruhig, ein Rohdiamant aus dem mal viel mehr machen könnte

Pros: Die Finca war bei Einzug sauber und ordentlich, auch der Pool war in Ordnung. Es ist eine Finca, ländlich gelegen und wer Ruhe und niemanden um sich herum haben möchte, ist hier richtig! Abstriche muss man in der Einrichtung (viel altes IKEA) und das viel zu alte Bad machen. Geht aber alles, wenn man nicht zu hohe Ansprüche hat. Ein paar Ameisen, Spinnen hier und da, damit muss man leben. Für das Kind war die Galerie unter dem Dach mit Laken, einer dünnen Decke und Kissen vorbereitet. Im SZ hatte das Bett eine dünne Paardecke. Fegen, putzen muss mal selbst, ist alles ok, gehört dazu. Müll mussten wir nach Sineu bringen (war nicht weit). Strom läuft über Solar, am letzen Tag vor Abreise Komplettausfall (das hatte uns dann aber nicht mehr gestört). Wir haben unseren Vermieter nicht kennengelernt, nur über den Google Übersetzer per WhatsApp kommuniziert, was super geklappt hat! Wir haben den Schlüssel in einer Box mit dem genannten Code erhalten und bei Abreise auch wieder hinterlegt. Cons: Der Zustand wie vor 10 oder 15 Jahren, ein Mix aus mallorquinischen Möbel und IKEA Basis Ausstattung, könnte man weitaus schöner gestatalten! Für die Armatur in der Dusche braucht man sehr lange für die perfekte Temperatur (große Wasserverschwendung!). Der Duschkopf sollte mal entkalkt oder ausgetauscht werden. Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf werden in der Nacht exotisches Vogelzwitschern „genießen“. Und ein etwas nerviger Nachbarskater kam zu Besuch. Wenn man ihn aber zum nächsten Grundstück begleitet, kommt er auch nicht wieder. Dafür kann aber der Betreiber der Finca nichts.

Vacaciones inolvidables

Pros: La casa ha sido perfecta, estaba limpia a la llegada y al ser 3 su tamaño te permite tenerla siempre facilmente recogida. La piscina ideal para los tres. La zona de la piscina preciosa, el entorno insuperable: naturaleza, tranquilidad, buenos amaneceres,... La comunicación con el anfitrion desde el principio perfecta, además le agradecemos enormemente que nos permitiera entrar antes el día de llegada. La casa requiere de coche para trasladarse tanto a Sineu como a las playas, lo bueno es que su situación te deja entre 30 y 45 minutos de las mejores playas y calas de Mallorca. Sineu es un pueblo precioso que hemos disfrutado mucho de sus numerosos y buenos restaurantes. Cons: Por poner algo y siempre como mejora, es la ducha, sería necesario un termostato ya que el momento de la ducha era todo una aventura para conseguir ajustar el agua a la temperatura deseada.

Leider war der Pool in einem katastrophalen Zustand . Das Wasser war milichig und es war so viel Chlor drinne, dass die Badesachen verfärbt wurden !! Ständig viel der Strom aus , auch mitten in der Nacht so, dass der Kühlschrank natürlich nicht weiter gekühlt hat .

Sehr ruhige Lage, abseits von jedem Trubel und Lärm.

Pros: Das Haus ist mitten auf der Insel gelegen. Jede Sehenswürdigkeit kann man innerhalbe einer Stunde erreichen. Die gemütliche Kleinstadt Sineu ist 3 km entfernt. Das Haus liegt ländlich sehr ruhig am Ende eines Schotterweges. Sehr schöner Pool mit einer super landschaftlichen Aussicht. Das Haus ist einfach aber praktisch eingerichtet. Es hat Spass gemacht! Cons: Ich danke mal nach......

Ein außergewöhnlicher Ort mit einem ganz besonderen Flair

Pros: Uns hat Es Camp Pla unglaublich gut gefallen! Es ist einsam, aber das ist herrlich und war uns bewusst. Man hört lediglich die Vögel zwitschern. Der Vermieter scheint auf manch geäußerte Kritik zu 100 Prozent reagiert zu haben: Es war picobello sauber, es gibt absolut ausreichend Geschirr und Handtücher, die Matratze war prima. Das Klima im Haus ist auch bei rund 30 Grad sehr angenehmen durch die dicken Steinwände. Die Wasserversorgung ist geregelt, ebenso gibt es neue Elektrizität und auch eine mobile Ölheizung für den Fall, dass der Sonnenschein für die Photovoltaik-Anlage nicht ausreicht. Der Pool ist klein, aber prima, es gibt schöne und bequeme Liegen ebenso wie Rattanmöbel. Sineu ist ein sehr hübscher Ort mit vielen Bars und Restaurants. Man muss sich lediglich gegen Mücken wappnen, aber das ist ja vielerorts so. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und reibungslos. Wir können Es Camp Pla uneingeschränkt empfehlen, wenn man ein Häuschen mag, das einsam gelegen ist. Cons: Die Endreinigung fanden wir mit 140,- Euro etwas teuer.

Die finca ist sehr schmutzig ungepflegt! Ständig Stromausfall! Klimaanlage kann man nicht benutzen wenn die Pumpe für Pool läuft! Dann kann man im Haus von der Hitze sterben! Poll schmutzig! Entfernung zum nächsten Geschäft 4 km! Keine konkrete Beschreibung Gegend des Hauses! Mühl zu entsorgen sehr schwierig! Preisverhältnis stimmt nicht mit dem Objekt ! Wir sind sehr enttäuscht! Ich würde die nie wieder buchen!
