As a private residential building, we offer a serene escape with on-site housekeeping and maintenance available most days. This premier Sint Maarten location places you in the lively Maho area, with pristine beaches, world-class dining, and lively entertainment within easy walking distance—including the stunning Mullet Bay Beach, one of the island's finest.

Enjoy unparalleled sunsets from your suite, which is only a 3-5 minute drive from Princess Juliana Airport for convenient arrivals. Thoughtfully appointed with smart locks, a personal safe, and a smart TV, our suite ensures both comfort and security. Business travelers will appreciate the dedicated workspace, while leisure seekers revel in direct beach access and nearby attractions, from casinos to playgrounds.

As our guest, you’ll have access to several unique amenities and attractions both within the Maho Beach House property and in nearby Morgan Village:

Building Access: Enjoy a secret boardwalk that leads to Maho’s secluded beach, stroll through lush garden areas, and take in panoramic views from the rooftop lookout on the 4th floor.

Resort Access: For $50 per person per day, guests can enjoy exclusive access to Morgan Resort amenities, including the pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, and the serene Animal Garden—perfect for added relaxation during your stay.

Stair Access: Our condo is located on the second floor and accessible by elevator; however, in case of maintenance, guests may need to use one flight of stairs.

Flexible Check-in/Check-out: Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability, for $35 each.

Parking Options: On-site parking is available for $5 per day, with free street parking nearby as a convenient alternative.
