Perfect for families or small groups up to 4 people, the apartment has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room, ideal for moments of rest. Located right on the beach, it also offers a balcony and terrace to enjoy the view and surrounding environment.



The apartment features a jacuzzi 🛁, air conditioning, central heating, Wi-Fi, 3 televisions and elevator, ensuring complete comfort during the stay. There is also parking nearby 🚗.



DreamPlaces offers customer support 24 hours a day. We always seek to provide privacy to our guests, remaining available whenever necessary.



The property is located in Armação de Pêra, in a privileged location near the beach, with easy access to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay.



DreamPlaces recommends exploring the area on foot, given the excellent location, although we can also arrange private transfer upon request ✈️.



Additional rules and important information



• Check-in: from 4 PM

• Check-out: until 10 AM



Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, depending on availability. It can only be confirmed 2-3 days before arrival, after coordination with the cleaning team.



• Additional guests: possibility upon prior request and extra cost.



• Pets: by appointment 🐾.



• Towels and bedding: we provide towels and bedding according to the house's capacity. Extras at an additional cost.



• Transfer: we can organize airport transfer ✈️, upon advance request.



• Note: we do not provide kitchen condiments, cleaning products, or personal hygiene items.
