  • The Dean apartment is situated right on the beach promenade in Armação de Pêra and was refurbished in June 2026. The new kitchen offers a direct view of the sea. This apartment is on the 5th floor (lift access) and you’ll enjoy a stunning sea view from your balcony and living room. From your large balcony, you can enjoy the Algarve’s beautiful sunrises and sunsets. This apartment is superbly equipped.

    The apartment features high-speed fibre-optic internet, satellite TV (including all German channels) and MEO TV (90 Portuguese channels, with some series and films available in the original English).
