Absolutely loved our stay at Conrad’s the staff were exceptional and really went out of their way to look after us even helping us back to the train station to make it on time, thank you again for that! The restaurant is superb the service and the food amazing, the location is beautiful a very peaceful part in the mountains only ten minutes in the bus to St Moritz and beautiful surroundings but the staff and service are what would bring us back

The room was nicer than pictures online which is always a nice bonus. The check in was seamless and the staff checking us in were extremely friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is very quiet but is close enough to surrounding attractions that you can walk to or hop on a bus. The restaurant for the hotel does AMAZING pizza I would definitely recommend! Overall a nice hotel that I would return to.

A beautiful, modern gem in Silvaplana, very close to St. Moritz. It is a lovely little area on the lake in the Alps. The restaurant is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Nossa hospedagem foi incrível, equipe super simpática, desde a recepção até o pessoal do restaurante e café da manhã. Café da manhã alegre, as pessoas nos recebiam com bom dia e sorrisos, comida deliciosa e uma vista linda das montanhas. Quarto muito confortável, travesseiros e edredom de qualidade, banheiro e quarto em ótimo tamanho e ainda nos deram passe gratuito para circularmos nos ônibus. Freundlicher geht es nicht!

Wir wurden noch selten so freundlich empfangen und auch während unseres Aufenthalts war das ganze Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer und Frühstücke waren ebenfalls super. Der Preis jedoch etwas hoch, leider wie üblich in dieser Region.

Die Conrad‘s Mountainlodge können wir zu 100% weiter empfehlen! Das Personal ist weltklasse, da aufmerksam und freundlich sowie total aufgestellt! Zimmer immer top in Ordnung. Kleiner Negativpunkt; beim WC kein Lavabo, nur bei der Dusche Hände waschen möglich… Vielen Dank! Evelyne & Leander

Tolles Hotel - Service & Restaurant: exzellent

Einmal mehr war die Übernachtung in Conrad's Mountain Lodge ein tolles Erlebnis. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet und man schläft hervorragend in ihren Betten. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist umfangreich und lecker. Im Restaurant gibt's am Abend hervorragende Speisen, besonders die "Pizza am Meter". Das gesamte Hotel & Restaurations-Team ist sehr Service & Kundenorientiert. Bravo! Wir freuen uns bereits auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.
