Silvaplana Ap. 17

Wir haben die Wohnung das 2. Mal gebucht. die Küche hat kein Fenster, dafür hat es einen Balkon. Im Haus hatte es zeitweise Baulärm. Die Badezimmertüre giert, bei der Schlafzimmertüre ist die Türfalle nicht mehr satt. man mekt, dass die Wohnung etwas alt ist. Ansonsten ist es gemütlich. Wir danken für alle Bemühungen.

wohnung ist zweckmässig und ok. sehr schöner balkon mit morgensonne. schlüssel und informationen: die infos die ich von interhome erhalten habe, waren falsch! schlüssel konnte nicht an der rezeption abgeholt werde, da diese nicht mehr existiert. schlüsselhalterin war zuerst nicht erreichbar. notfallnummer von interhome war nicht zu gebrauchen. der zugewiesene parkplatz war bereits reserviert. infos für entsorgungen waren veraltet.

Die Küche ist sehr klein und in einem gefangenen Raum. Die Dusche in der Badewanne ist extrem eng, nicht gefahrlos zu gebrauchen.

Appartment 17 entspricht u.E. nicht ganz den Vorgaben, dies u.a. weil so einige Dinge im Argen sind: lärmiger Kühlschrank, teilw. defektes Kochgeschirr,unappetitliche Tischdecke (klebrig), kaputter Bettmatratzenschoner, Staubsaugerbenützung wegen ungenügender Absicherung unmöglich, etc. Fazit: Wohnungsangebot für uns enttäuschend und geforderter Mietzins keineswegs gerechtfertigt, schade...….

Výhodná poloha: v blízkosti Ski-bus a obchod. Pozor: do podzemních garáží nelze vjet se ski-boxem na střeše. Následná komplikace s demontáží a provizorním uskladněním ski-boxu.

Affordable apartment in nice location

We chose the apartment as it was close to amenities especially the public transport. On top the apartment came with speedy wifi and the price was good. Although the furniture is dated ( the sofa need reupholster and the rugs.. Oh they must have been there when the apartment was initially furnished).. the beds are comfy and that was all we need for the holiday... and a microwave would really be handy We had no face to face interaction at all with the host, instruction for check in was via email, which was fine but would be great to have the host greeted us as we had few questions to ask.. We would also like to see a copy of the house rules, instructions, information written in English. As it was, the only instructions in english was for smokers and a reminder to turn off the appliances. We had to turn to XXX translator(Does not always translate correctly) to find out information on house rules, recycling place, check out procedure, how to operate the washing machine etc..We used the communal washing machine only to find out later it was faulty when we could not retrieve our clothes..A gentleman who came later helped us and informed us it was faulty. A note in Italian( was missing anyway) was apparently posted the previous day. There were also renovation works fronting the apartment, noisy and they did start work early in the morning. Did not bother us too much as we were out most days
