About this space
Karen's Kabins offers a cozy escape to a peaceful place with a beautiful view of the open meadow where wild life is seen along the banks of Illinois river. As you get to enjoy and walk along river front, you also can expand your adventure with kayak parks, bike trails, and swimming areas nearby. The site also has a picnic area with a charcoal grill for your family and plenty of space to walk your pet. Karen gives the cabin a unique touch of meaningful purpose through her music and prayer.
The space
Lots of land to enjoy walk along river bank. Great space for a pet to enjoy outdoors. Picnic table and charcoal grill is provided. Currently we have only one cabin on site and 2 RV’s.
Guest access
Guest are allowed to explore the area but needs to stay clear of the mobile home and private property signs beyond property boundaries. Neighbors have been known to shoot guns for target practice but not often.
