Receptionist not welcoming and rushed through check in - serving two check ins together. Got an accessible room with wet room bathroom and no bath (not what was booked) got to room after a walk through a badly signposted maze. Room was cold - it took about 2 hours before the aircon heating started up - sounded like being on a 737. finally worked out the room was warmer with the 'heating' switched off. Booking included several rooms and some had full TV service some did not. Was looking forward to the swimming pool but did not use as had to walk outside of the hotel (in the cold) to get to swimming pool building, and was told to use the room towels for the swimming pool. Outside reception pavements very uneven and not well lit. Did not even think of using restaurant as not inviting. Very Disappointing stay.
