部屋がカビ臭い！設備が古い！庭の手入れが全くされていないので、落ち葉がたくさんあった。もう2度と泊まることはない！最悪の3日間でした。

老朽化が進むホテル

老舗高級ホテルとのことで宿泊。老朽化がかなり進んでおり、建物が修繕されていないままになっており、見栄えも悪い。また、宿泊者数が少ない理由からか、館内の照明も大部分消されており、廃墟のような気持ちもした。また室内も飲み途中の水のボトルもそのままになっており、清掃が行き届いていない。その割に、老舗高級ホテルの価格のままになっており、コストパフォーマンスが悪い。建物そのものや立地が良いため、本当にもったいない。リニューアルして、サービスも変われば良いホテルに戻れるとは思いが、今のオーナーでは難しい？

ヴィラに宿泊、オーシャンビューのお部屋はシアヌークビルにいるとはとは思えない。笑顔のスタッフは心地よい。インフィニティプールがいいね。広大な施設内の移動にはカートがお出迎え。想像より素敵なホテルでした！

When we checked in, we could not here anything from stuff. Bcz stuff's voice was too small. After I asked to speak louder, he never change and I could not understand what this hotel has inside. About the room, there was a lots of dust on the floor and air conditioner was not working. So manager offered us to upgrade with letter which is really nice. according to the letter, I just call front desk and they already know. But receptionist never know and attitude was not nice. so I asked him '' are you doubting me even I have letter from manager?''He said ''Yes'' After that, that staff came our room and checked. But he was still doubting. so I called that manager with number on his card. But manager's phone's number was not exist. Even rom service, I asked only one thing and asked did you understand? after that my food showed up with not my request. Let me say, pool and private beach was super nice and peaceful. But staff make us always upset and sad.

見かけは一流なのに惜しい！

広大な敷地に驚きます。敷地内は運転手付きのカートで移動します。ステュディオに泊まりました。一番のお勧めはプールです。絶景でデザインが良いです。この後に続く不満な気持ちをかなり和らげてくれました。設備や室内のメンテが不十分でデスク横のコンセントは使えませんでした。ソファなどの椅子類はオフホワイトの布張りでしたが汚れていて座るのをためらうものもありました。バスタブのシャワーはヘッド下から大きく水漏れしていました。 12月31日〜1月2日の滞在で、大晦日はカウントダウンパーティーがプライベートビーチで開催され屋外のビュッフェでした。ハエ多し。この食事込みのためか通常の倍以上の宿泊費でした。バスローブには虫の卵らしいものがついていて、思わず引きました。朝の朝食ブッフェは普通です。スタッフの能力にばらつきがあり、教育が不十分なのかと思いました。頑張ればかなり素晴らしいホテルになると思うのに残念です。

最低、最悪ホテルのインディペンデンスホテル

予約した部屋とは違う。ホテルより離れたバンガローに入れられた。雑木林の中、安全面は無し。広さは４畳位でクローゼットなし。玄関もなし。ドアを開けて靴のまま入り、すぐベット。衛生面最低。食事するホテルまで道すら解らない。４部屋５泊予約したが、翌日他のホテルに移動。キャンセル受け付けられず。いっもHOteLS.comで予約しているが、もう使わない。ホテルは誇大広告そのもの。下調べして広告して頂きたい。

ゆっくりと休暇が楽しめます

メインから離れたビラに宿泊しました。残念ながらシービューではありませんでしたが、とても静かで落ち着けました。ビーチまでは、それなりに歩きますが、ほとんど人はいませんので、とても贅沢な気分になれます。市中心部からはちょっと離れていますが、フロントに電話をすれば、直ぐにトックトックが来ますので、不自由はありません。

目の前が海、眺めは最高です！

目の前がインデペンデンスビーチで眺めやロケーションは最高です。歩いて海岸まで行けます。ビーチまでの遊歩道がありますが、工事中で通り抜けはできませんでした。朝食時のレストランは混雑時はすぐに座れません。一番安い部屋でも価格は高めです。

staff try to do their best

They accepted my request of birthday plan. They prepared bd cake, but the name on it was wrong. . .I was so disappointed, and felt sorry to my partner,but i felt they did their best all the time. They always try to make us feel good although one accident happened...

ビーチでゆっくりしたいなら

４日間滞在。一番良かった点はビーチが綺麗で静かだった事です。他のビーチにも行きましたが、一番落ち着きました。　レストランメニューはイマイチだったので、毎日街で食べました。街までのシャトルバスは夕食時に満員になって乗れない日もあったので、その辺を改善して欲しいと思いました。

大人のビーチリゾート

街の中心からは離れていますが（車で10分くらい。無料のシャトルバスあり）、その分とても静かで大人のリゾートです。シアヌークビルは若いバックパッカーが多く、安いゲストハウスがたくさんあるのでここはかなり高い方ですが、部屋も充分に広く（デラックスシービュー）清潔で、安心して宿泊できます。ビーチレストランでのサンセットの雰囲気は最高です。どのお料理も量も多く美味しくてホテルにしてはかなり安いです。ビーチに降りるエレベーターも新設されストレスなくスムーズに行けます。ビーチのトイレは良い香りがしてとてもキレイにお掃除してあります。のんびりとリゾートを楽しみたい方にはおすすめします。

食事、買い物、マッサージなどに便利なホテル

とにかく便利なところにある。ホテルのレセプションでいろいろな手配をお願いしたが、時々前日の担当者から引継ぎがされていないことがあっても、きちんと手配はされていて良かった。チェックアウトしてからも、ロビーを使わせてもらったりしたが、気持ちよい対応をしてくれた。近くには美味しい食事ができるところも、スパやマッサージも、スーパーマーケットもすべてそろっている。遺跡めぐり以外にも夜の時間や買い物などいろいろ楽しみたい人にお勧めです。

Die Zimmer haben eine schöne Grösse, die Dusche ist auch sehr angenehm, man fühlt sich wohl im Zimmer. Wir hatten immer wieder Probleme mit der Eingangstüre, was aber immer gleich souverän u nett gelöst wurde. Fand es sehr schade, dass wir den Billard- sowohl den Pingpongtisch nicht wirklich nutzen konnten, da die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat. Die Bar im Hotel war auch nie geöffnet. Abends gab es nur die Möglichkeit sich im Sunset Restaurant zu verpflegen. Am Pool konnte man sich zwar verweilen, aber wenn es geregnet hat, was öfters vorkommt, ist der Boden so glatt u gefährlich. Ich bin ausgerutscht u habe mir heftigst den Hinterkopf aufgeschlagen am Boden. Es sollten unbedingt Schilder angebracht werden u darauf hinweisen, dass es glatt ist! Ich denke das Hotel hatte sicherlich mal seine Glanzzeiten, aber diese sind verblast… Man ist dort in Sihanoukville so im Ausseits u weiss gar nicht was mit sich anstellen…

Tolle Lage-guter Service-renovierungsbedürftig

Ich war 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel liegt außerhalb der "Kasinostadt", sehr idyllisch. Man bekommt von dem Rummel, den Hochhäusern und den Bauruinen nichts mit. Man sieht sie nur aus der Ferne. Die ganze Hotelanlage ist eigentlich sehr schön. Mein Zimmer Nr. 604 (Hauptgebäude) war renoviert, man hat einen seitlichen Meerblick, der Blick gerade aus ist durch die Bäume verstellt. Die Dusche war leider schimmelig, die Klimaanlage alt, ließ sich nicht gut regulieren (zu starkes Gebläse). Der Bereich der Fassade, der Außenanlagen um den Pool herum (an der Lobby) bedarf dringend einer Renovierung. Das Hotel (Hauptgebäude) ist sauber, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Ich war im Februar dort, das Hauptgebäude war nur gering belegt. Absolut loben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Der Service sowohl an der Reception als auch beim Frühstück war perfekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist perfekt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr professionell. Sehr schön und renoviert ist das Sunset Restaurante, das Essen und der Service war ebenfalls perfekt. Positiv vom Hotel hebt sich der Ocean Pool ab, der ist sehr gepflegt. Dort sind auch fast alle Gäste, der hoteleigene sehr schöne Strand und der Pool hinter der Reception wurden kaum besucht.

Dated hotel with ok rooms

This is a very outdated hotel, but the rooms are actually quite nice a pretty large. The breakfast is ok. It’s close to a fairly nice beach and it’s a nice “jungle” walk down to the beach. The pool and close surroundings are quite bad. Nice view over the ocean.

Love the beautiful gardens. Friendly staffs. The hotel is old and not well kept. The window facing the ocean needs cleaning. The A/C air filter needs cleaning/replacement, because we started getting sinus after two nights from the dust blowing from dirty filter. Hotel could use a fresh new paint job.

We loved the friendly staff and the pool was the best feature. We had booked a pod room but on arrival were given a twin in the main building, we were happy with this so did not mention it to the staff.

Schönes Hotel, die Villenzimmer sind genial. Das Hotel ist sauber. Essen ist gut. Es waren wenig Gäste im Hotel, daher gab es nur einmal Abendbuffet.
