Signal Mountain
We had the best hiking adventures just minutes away from the cottage. It’s in a quiet secluded historic neighborhood within walking distance of the best hiking on the mountain! We ate at Real Roots Cafe in North Shore- best Plant based kitchen we have ever had. Pretty close to the cottage too. Can’t wait to come back and explore more of the rainbow lake trail area just minutes away from this exceptionally clean and quiet cottage.

Perfect cottage for a couple
Cottage was exactly as pictured and described. Very clean, quiet, wonderful bed, and all the necessary kitchen features. Dustin is a very helpful and accomodating host. Be sure to visit Signal Point at sunset - it's just down the road. We'll definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

Wife and I were in town for a Ultra-Marathon on Signal mountain. This was perfect for us and as advertised. Clean, easy communication, quiet. Would stay again.

Wonderful little cottage.
Beautiful historical neighborhood. Close to stores, Chattanooga, Ruby Falls. Very quiet. Loved our stay. Would totally recommend!!!

Fantastic Mountain Getaway! Clean Stay and Friendly Hosts!
My 14 year old son and I took a short trip before school started. The property was very nice and clean. We arrived to chocolates waiting for us on the bed. If you want a nice place to stay in the Chattanooga or Signal Mountain area, this is it. My son and I highly recommend it and will be staying again in the future!

Fabulous cottage and fantastic hosts!
We enjoyed our stay at Old Towne Cottage very much. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated without clutter and the host was friendly and communicative without being intrusive. Would highly recommend!

Peace and Quite
From start to end, one of the best stays that I’ve had renting a house. The communication with the owner was responsive and helpful. The house itself was beautiful! It appears to be an converted carriage house and it beautifully remodeled! Hands down will stay at this location every time I come down!! Thanks for a very peaceful and relaxing stay. Best sleep I got in months!
