This modern 2-room apartment with a large, private patio is located in the countryside on a horse farm in Sigmarszell-Tobel, just 3 km from Lake Constance and 6 km from the famous island of Lindau. Here you will find peace and quiet and yet be in the middle of the action on the lakeshore in just a few minutes.



The apartment is at ground level and has modern furnishings. There is plenty of space for 2 people in the open-plan living/dining area with a beautiful fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed and a daylight bathroom with shower and WC. The large summer room (terrace and garden with over 40 square meters) invites you to sunbathe or enjoy a leisurely meal with a wonderful view of the local mountain Pfänder, only the horses occasionally look on!

Further facilities include WLAN, Internet TV, music via ALEXA, private parking directly in front of the apartment and storage facilities (not covered) for bicycles. Bed linen, towels and some daily necessities in the bathroom and kitchen are also included. Shortly before your arrival we will gladly send you an information folder with tips on the area and information about the apartment by e-mail.



The area is ideal for hiking and cycling or simply to enjoy the peace and quiet and end the evening, for example, with your bike by the lake with a good glass of Lake Constance wine. Golf lovers will also get their money's worth here, the Weißensberg golf course is 5 km away and the Lindau golf club is only 4 km away. We are on site ourselves and are happy to provide tips on excursion destinations or cycling routes, for example.
