What’s mine is yours during your stay
It’s like visiting your friends home, “What’s mine is yours during your stay”. Homeowner was accommodating and communicative before during and after our trip to ensure all of our needs were met. Couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay in, it was extremely well equipped with everything you would need to have the best vacation possible, from the kitchen to the kayaks, bicycles and beach going supplies, it was all right there. Home is conveniently located near all siesta key has to offer. We are looking forward to coming and staying again.

Great Vacation
Mimi is a wonderful host. We loved the house and the area. Beaches and restaurants are very close beautiful and fun. The neighborhood is as very quiet and peaceful. Old Florida feel with all the old trees, I loved it. She has all the chairs and umbrellas you could need for the beach which was very convenient. We loved playing ping pong and hanging out in the pool and hot tub. I would recommend for anyone. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time at Mimi's. We had a couple minor issues that she took care of immediately. It happened to be on a Sunday so she came out herself and took care of them. She is very responsive. We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs And she is one of the best ones we have dealt with. This is her own property not just managed by a property manager which I feel like has made a big difference. There is everything you need it was a great stay.

Nestled by a captivating canal, this VRBO rental became our home away from home, offering relaxation and convenience. Walking to the beach, indulging in village dinners, and embracing the vibrant atmosphere enriched our journey, promising a return. A stroll from our rental led to the dazzling Siesta Key shoreline, where sun-drenched sands and azure waves awaited. Walking to the beach added a touch of luxury to mornings, making every sunrise and sunset magical. Beyond the canal, the village beckoned with culinary delights and entertainment. Evenings were marked by strolls to eateries igniting our senses. The village's spirit, blending warmth and camaraderie, turned outings into explorations of the island's heart. As daylight waned, ice cream parlors and cocktail spots thrived. Strolling to these destinations immersed us in the island's ambiance. Each ice cream scoop and cocktail became cherished memories woven into our Siesta Key experience. Special mention goes to Mimi, our exceptional host. Her hospitality set the tone. Bikes, kayaks, and amenities she provided reflected her commitment. Mimi's care elevated our journey, leaving an indelible mark. The canal surprised with dolphins and manatees gliding gracefully. Wonderful property and location

Wonderful Vacation!!!
Mimi is such a gracious host. She really cares about her guests and was always available for any questions or needs. The home is so relaxing and inviting and the amenities are amazing ! We enjoyed kayaking in the canal behind the house and the beach is absolutely beautiful! We even were able to view manatees including a momma and baby manatee in the canal right in the backyard! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent vacation spot!
My spouse and I stayed at Mimi's vacation rental the week of Memorial Day. The house is in an excellent spot, biking to the local restaurants, beach, and bars was great! We only ended up going to the beach 2 times because the house had everything we needed to relax. The neighborhood is very quiet and right around the corner from everything. Mimi is an excellent communicator and was very attentive to ours requests. The number 1 thing I can say is how accurate the listing is! From the pool, the canal in your backyard, the location, and the cleanliness of the home. One of the best vacation spots we've found yet! thanks again Mimi!
