Located across the street from Siesta Key beach through a private access point, this is a two bedroom condo with a screened in lanai overlooking a pond and banyan tree. With porcelain tile floors and bright & cheerful furnishings, you are sure to have an amazing time on Siesta Key.

Take advantage of the quartz sand on the #1 rated Siesta Beach, enjoy fishing, kayaking, dolphin tours, boating or just soak up the sun. When you’ve had your fill of the beach, play tennis in the complex courts, or take a dip in one of the 2 complex heated swimming pools. Grab the free Siesta Breeze trolley and head into the village for the fabulous restaurants, ice cream, shops, bars and dancing/live music.

We help make the most of your vacation by providing Xplorie's Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day including a choice of a free bike rental, kayak rental, a dolphin cruise tour, or admission to the Ringling Museum ! Round-trip airport transportation provided for up to 3 passengers from SRQ or TPA with advance reservation. The fare is free but please tip the driver. Limited to one activity for just one person each day (other members of the group can partake but will need to pay). This property does not allow Emotional Support Animals in addition to their no pet policy.
Exterior building pressure washing and painting are in progress. The project is expected to start in June. Completion date is scheduled for end of August, weather permitting. Please reach out to us for more information as the project will be done in sections.

POOL CLOSURE:
The pool by the bay will be closed mid July as they start their paving project. The other pool by the office will still be open for guests.
