Place was great plenty of space and close to the beach. Pool is small with little kids jumping and only got 2 dish towels for the kitchen but overall a really great place and will stay there again

This is a great vacation home with a great amount of space. We had 12 people and it was perfect. It was nice to have beach towels available and chairs/beach cart. Would definitely recommend!!

Disappointment

The positives: location to the beach and town, working pool and hot tub. SKLRP was responsive when we had a question. I was given a partial refund for the non-operational elevator. The negatives: we were informed 6 days before our stay that the elevator was non-functional (the elevator was one of the reasons I chose this house). We had two elderly parents (94 yo) and a child with a disability who had to navigate the stairs (3 flights, 56 stairs). We did a lot of cooking and found the electric stovetop didn't work well (one burner was inoperable and the other burners ran either too cold or too hot). They don't provide a broom/dustpan so it's hard to keep the floors clean from debris and sand during your stay. The large living/kitchen area was good sized, but with no area rugs the space was extremely noisy. The TV by the pool didn't work (this apparently was also true in a previous review). I'm used to finding at least coffee filters, plastic wrap/foil, salt and pepper at these rentals, but this place had nothing.

Advertise comes with Elevator but Elevator out of service shut down week before but no notification. Also missing remote for outdoor fan so could not use fan. Two toilets in need of repairs before we even used them. They sent their repair guy to fix one and my son in law had to fix other. My wife and I are in our mid 70’s and 50 pounds of luggage without elevator.

Great stay

Great location with close access to the beach. House is beautiful with fun beach decorations. Nice big kitchen. Management answered our questions quickly. Loved having 2 washers and dryers and beach/pool towels provided. Two sand wagons provided.

Very Happy

Property was great. Location was excellent. Only a few issues … 1 of the 2 washing machines did not work and both dryers took a few cycles to dry. The toilets were finicky and would not flush every time. Maintenance responded quickly but issue continued on and off throughout our stay. Even with these minor issues, we would stay here again.

551 beach rd

House was large enough to accommodate 19. Loved the balconies facing the water.(view not blocked by houses). Short distance to beach and basically a private beach with very few people. NO lifeguard so consider this. I submitted a few upgrades and hopefully the owner will comply but we would definitely stay there again. Oh, we had a volleyball net so had a blast in the pool!

Property needs a lot of work

This property accommodated our large group of 15 adults and was walking distance to the beach and the village. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the outside patio area. However the property needs a lot of work. Dirty and scuffed walls, mold in bathroom showers, mold on outside walls and stairs, outside stairs and decks didn’t seem sturdy, dryers took forever to dry an average load of clothes, elevator was not user friendly, ovens didn’t heat properly, outside patio ceiling fan didn’t work, chest freezer in garage didn’t work. I communicated most of these issue to the property manager and while she always responded immediately and sent someone from their maintenance department to fix the issues they never fixed any of them. Also the pool is very small for a property of this size. Our entire group decided we would not be booking this property again.

Family vacation

We had an amazing family vacation with four generations. Six months old to 80 years old; all had a great time. The property was perfect and allowed. Plenty of community gathering space along with the necessary space to have a little privacy. I highly recommend this property whether you are, looking for a family vacation with lots of children or just amazing place for lots of people to stay.

Great location and ciew

Hard to find a better location or view near Siesta Key. Property is very large and holds large groups easily. Home is beginning to show its age and need for updating. Kitchen well appointed but in need of upgrades to cooking pots and pans. Overall, a great stay.

Great Family Getaway

This property suited our family very well. Beautiful views, great patio for day or night swims and family time. Just a short distance from the beautiful beach and water which was the perfect backdrop to our son proposing to his girlfriend. Property Management Team is amazing and very responsive if you have any questions during your stay. Would recommend this property.

Location, Location, Location

Great Location. Across from beach and easily walkable to downtown as well as on trolly stop. Communication with Property managers was exceptional, very prompt available. Top notch service. As far as the house goes, It is very nice. A few items to pick on: There was no bathroom on the ground level ( pool Level) , understand that there is a bar outside, as well as on the 3rd floor so bring drinks/ liquor accordingly to stock both , lastly there were no spices at all as well as no salt and pepper, a few standard spices would have been helpful. Lastly there were no oven mitts, they had towels to use but oven mitts would have been helpful. It was a great house don't get me wrong, just a few suggestions.

First time our entire family was together for more than a day.

Perfect location, Great layout

The house was conveniently located near the beach and the village and the size and layout perfectly accommodated our large group. We loved the pool area and beautiful ocean views. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We did encounter some plumbing issues during our stay, specifically there was air in the waterlines and sometimes no flow to the upstairs bathrooms.

Family togetherness

My siblings and I spent a wonderful week in siesta key at this property. It was absolutely perfect for our large group. We had plenty of space to enjoy each other and also to have some separation when we needed. We enjoyed lounging in the heated pool. The proximity to the beach was great.

Beautiful Propery

Everything from renting the property to our stay was effortless. The home was just as described. There were 18 people in our party and not one had any complaints. The kids and grandkids had an amazing stay. You will not regret renting this property.
