「This is a pretty, well-located, well set-up property close to the tourist areas and to restaurants and bars. The room was thoughtfully prepared and the beds were comfortable. The windows and balconies are very nice and the rooftop patio is great. There are lots of well-located electrical outlets. The location of the laundry wasn’t clear so note that it is accessible from the rooftop patio. We didn’t find it until after we had already used a laundromat in the neighborhood. 「Everything is great. Magdalena was very helpful. Only thing is the shampoo and shower gel weren't labelled so we had to guess which one is which, but it wasn't a big deal, we could easily have asked but didn't want to bother. The shower was nice and hot, very relaxing. 」

「While the customer service was superb, the room itself was disappointing. It smelled musty, especially in the bathroom which had water damage on the wall, the shower was very dark, one of the two windows opened into the lobby (so was pretty useless for sunlight and fresh air) and lastly there was so cell phone service OR wifi (wifi is provided in the room but never worked). 」

「Great location, spacious appartment, well equipped. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, great utensils in the kitchen make a difference. Easy check in- met up with someone with a key. Would stay again.」
