"Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Für Kinder sind viele Tiere auf der Anlage und ein schöner Spielplatz. Der Frühstückservice war nicht OK, weil Bestellungen nicht ankamen. "Klidné místo, zázemí pro děti (venkovní hřiště, vnitřní herna, bazén, trampolíny, pár koziček, koníci). Domek čistý, nechyběla myčka a pračka. Obrovská terasa, možnost půjčení grilu. Na recepci jsme si objednali donášku čerstvého pečiva na každý den. Parkování možné u chatky, nebo dole na velkém parkovišti - pak hezká procházka lesem až k chatě. Zkusili jsme i restauraci (jídlo průměrné - neurazí). Personál moc milý, usměvavý. Moc jsme si pobyt užili a za rok se tam zase rádi vrátíme."

"Charmantes Fewo Haus. Leider kann man sich vor Ort und in der Umgebung nurschwer verständigen, weil fast nur Tschechisch verstanden wird und man für verschiedene Sachen zu verschieden Häuser mit unterschiedlichen Zeiten hin muss (zb. Brötchen Service). Gerade Bad und Küche mussten sauberer sein."

"Check in was seamless, suite was spacious, clean and with pleasant view. Breakfast options were scarce with many buffet options empty as it seems that people from other properties were also coming to the hotel. No one was verifying who was a guest or not at the breakfast buffet that was included. Location was perfect and in close proximity to Adsprach and Teplickie Skaly."

"Almost everything includes nuts on their menu. If your family member has tree nut allergies you wont be able to dine here. The shower cabin is a bit small. I kept accidently hitting the water mixing valve and shutting it off. First hotel where fridge wasn't stocked with anything. No water, no beer etc. Hated the elevator. It appears like there is only two elevators for the entire complex. One services floors 1-4, the other 1-5. Both are very slow because guests take them to the pool area, which means waiting significantly longer in the lobby. The restaurant staff also uses this elevator to move food to the guest rooms. I would have expected them to use service elevators instead. "

"Staying in the castle complex was amazing. We got to see everything in the complex- the all items day ticket was great- staying in the complex allowed us to do all. Breakfast was laxurious! Rooms with the view of castle, and ability to walk to the view point at sunset ! The park is amazing too. Got to see bighorns around sunset! Recommend! "
