give the feeling of living in the real Tuscany, without losing contact with the tradition, with the teachings of our ancestors, with the true flavor of the slightly grumpy and fascinating
Tuscan one, made up of few words, good wine, good food, breathtaking views with endless sunsets, that from the garden of this spectacular place, you will never finish enjoy.
Outside there is a veranda to relax in the evening and dine in front of the sunset on the private garden.
The villa is totally independent even if it is part of a village therefore on three sides it is absolutely isolated with a private garden and without introspection, inaccessible to anyone else.
The owners live in the adjacent part (the fourth side) and are at your disposal for any need: they produce honey and they will be there to welcome you upon their arrival.

The villa has 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (one is also accessible for disabled), two are located on the ground floor and two on the upper floor.
The ground floor boosts a laundry room with washing machine, a living room, a large kitchen in a typically Tuscan style with a very long traditional table, induction hob.
Air conditioning everywhere.
On the ground floor one of the bedrooms and a bathroom are suitable for guests with limited mobility

Hot tub open from Apr 1st to Oct 30th (open on request from Nov 1st to March 31st)
