"I am very satisfied with this hotel and have stayed here for three consecutive years.
You can book an airport transfer by car. It costs $40 one way, but if you are traveling in a group, the cost per person is quite reasonable. They can also stop at a restaurant on the way, and the driver will wait while you eat. You can arrange the transfer by contacting the hotel through Expedia’s messaging function. They will pick you up in a comfortable van (sometimes even a Land Cruiser Prado if you’re lucky).
The hotel can also arrange a tuk-tuk for visiting the Angkor ruins. Of course, using Grab may be cheaper, but many tuk-tuks operate on a charter basis, so you might have difficulty finding a ride back. With a private charter, you can tour the ruins for a fixed price, and the driver will wait for you while you sightsee.
The staff are very kind and helpful. For example, if you plan to watch the sunrise at Angkor Wat and need to leave the hotel around 4:30 a.m., they will prepare breakfast for you to take with you.
There is a swimming pool, so you can cool down after a long day of exploring the ruins.
I think this hotel is safe and comfortable even for solo travelers. Ideally, you should stay two or three nights to explore the Angkor ruins, but even one night allows you to see quite a lot.
