「My son and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ralf. The hotel is extremely clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were warm, accommodating, and always ready to help. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the city center, with restaurants, shops, and many attractions close by. There are quite a few stairs and hills to navigate, but we considered them a great daily workout! We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. I highly recommend Hotel Ralf to...

「Smelled a bit and the shower drain didnt function properly」

「The facility is not reached to the average of 4 star hotels in EU, such as hot water pressure is weak. The hotel is the historical legacy, maintained well, beautiful garden and isolated from noisy city traffic. The breakfast menu is limited (one kind of cheese and chicken salami, boiled egg and sliced tomato and cucumber etc, no soup) The lineup of breads are well. The hospitality of the crew is very nice and reached to the top level.」

「It is a very bad choice for the price you pay! We arrived to the airport after 24h of flight and were expecting to be picked up, we waited for long time despite the fact that we called the driver to update him about the airport check out process, and when we call him to ask where is he, he was extremely rude! When at the hotel the complaint was heard and apologizes were made with some promises, but the promises were half accomplished. The hotel lobby has mosquitos, and this only tells a lot...

「Good food clean room helpfull staff clear water in pool BRAVO tout le monde」
