GÜNAHIYLA SEVABIYLA YAZDIM, BİR DAHA TERCİH ETMEM.

1-) ilk gecemizde yatağın üzerinde hamam böceği vardı. Sonra bir kaçtane daha gördük ve birisini öldürüp otel yönetimine götürdük. Eşimin tiksinmesi ve kızımın da hassas olması nedeniyle kalan günleri iptal etmek istediğimizi söyledik. Kendilerinin yardımcı olamayacaklarını, hotels.com ile temasa geçmemiz gerektiğini söylediler 2-) hotels.com çalışanları ise bayram tatili olması nedeniyle yetkili kimsenin olmadığını, yardımcı olamayacaklarını ve mail atmamızı söylediler. mail attık ve bekliyoru. (tabiki tatil bitti beklemeye evimizde devam ediyoruz 3-) yemekler çok kötü, kullanılan yağlar kokuyor, verdikleri tereyağı bile tereyağı değil margarin. Yaşadığımız olayla alakası yok, art niyetsiz ve tarafsız yazıyorum. 4-) otelin verdiği havlu yırtık ve su ile temas edince kokuyor. 5-) Servis yapan yemekhane personeli bahşiş karşılığında yer ayırıyor size, özellikle parası çok olan yabancılara (hayatımda ilk kez böyle bir şey gördüm :)) 6-) Animatörler genel olarak güzel ve işini severek yapıyor. 7-)İçecekler genel olarak kalitesiz, alkollü ve alkolsüz farketmiyor. 8-) havlu alım ve bırakım saatleri var, onun haricinde alış veriş yapamıyorsunuz. Veriş zamanı öğleden sonra, otelden çıkarken havlu kartını geri almakta zorlandım. Alttan alarak ikna edip kartı aldım ve resepsiyona verdim :) 9-) Misafirlerin küçük çocukları, çocuk havuzuna girerken bez vb. takmadan çıplak giriyor. Buda hijyenik olarak sıkıntı yaratıyor. Biz şahsi olarak uyardık ama otel görevlisi uyarmıyor.
