The staff are most attentive. There could be more spice in the food and they could theme the food by day as it was all pretty similar most days. Also it caters more towards German tourists as everything is in Euros and the staff speak more German than English however this was not a problem for us. The facilities including pools, rooms, bar, gaming room and spa are fantastic. We had an excellent holiday here and would love to go again.

Es war ein toller Urlaub würde dieses Hotel wiederbesuchen, es hat eigentlich alles gepasst, eventuell dürfte der ein oder andere Kellner noch einen Crash Kurs bekommen in Getränke mixen aber das war nicht weiter wild dafür hatten sie auch alles an Getränken! Top hat Spaß gemacht

Der Service ist keinesfalls fünf Sterne wert. Bis auf ein paar Ausnahmen (Lobbybar, Israfil, Can und Merve) sind die Kellner unfreundlich und desinterssiert. Besonders am Steg wirken sie, als wüssten sie gar nicht, dass sie im Dienstleistungsbereich arbeiten. Diese Einstellung passt überhaupt nicht zu einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel. Die Liegen sind stark verschmutzt und einige Sonnenschirme sogar zerrissen und beschädigt.Außerdem ist der Einstieg ins Meer wegen der vielen Felsen recht schwierig, sodass man sehr vorsichtig sein muss. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Hotel leider niemandem empfehlen, der in einem 5 Sterne Hotel einen komfortablen Urlaub verbringen möchte. Auch für mich selbst kommt es nicht mehr infrage.

Das Hotel hat abgebaut . Im Vergleich zu den letzten Jahren ist es schlechter geworden . Der Service hat nachgelassen . Ich war schon 4 mal in dem Hotel und habe es immer gebucht weil es so gut war aber dieses Jahr nicht mehr . Habe es so vielen Leuten empfohlen die dann auch da gebucht haben aber das mache ich nicht mehr . Werde auch nicht mehr dieses Hotel buchen sondern nach einem anderen schauen wo der Service, das Essen und die Zimmer Leistung gewährleistet wird. Die Minibar ist auch nicht mehr so wie die Jahre davor . Bzw. das Jahr davor ist ja nicht so das man 4-5 jahre nicht mehr im Hotel war sondern kontinuierlich jedes Jahr da war und gemerkt hat das es die Jahre massiv abgebaut hat.

The property was very clean, in the room and also the restaurant and pool areas. The staff was always friendly. Unfortunately not everyone could speak German/English but we were able to communicate our needs.

The staff were incredible here and really looked after us. All staff, from housekeeping to waiting staff to the heads of teams were so friendly and just so welcoming. They made such an effort with my entire family. Cannot recommend this report enough.

Wir sind das erste Mal im Hotel , finden soweit alles ok. Entfernung zum Strand und zu den Geschäften sehr nahe. Beheizter Innen und ein Außenpool. Guter Service, es gibt ausreichend und freundliches Personal das sich kümmert und bedient. Im April nicht überlaufen. Beim Haupt Restaurant gibt es ein Grosszügige Buffet Auswahl Geschmacklich super! Es gibt auch Spezielle Alla carte Restaurant die teilweise einmal während des Aufenthaltes im Preis inkludiert sind. Am Strand gibt's auch super Essen, gute Auswahl. Die Cocktails sind an der Mixology Bar am besten. In der Lobby gibt es den besten Caffee und Chai. Unten im gibt es ein Paar shops , hier sind die Preise fair und Festpreise kein nerviges verhandeln.

Waren zu 2. Sie wollten uns beim Check in ein anderes Zimmer andrehen, für den selben Preis, obwohl unser gezahltes Jakuzzi Zimmer viel teurer war. Später kam raus, dass alle Standart 2 Bett Zimmer mit Jakuzzi belegt waren und sie uns daher in das teurere Familienzimmer mit Jakuzzi geben mussten. Deswegen also versucht uns zu überreden in ein normales Zimmer zu gehen. Zudem sind die Zimmer extrem hellhörig, konnten sogar hören wie die Leute im Nebenzimmer die Toilettenspülung betätigt haben. Die Zimmer sind aber ansonsten gut aufgebaut. Das Essen schmeckt leider nach nichts. Nur nach Wasser, was ich sehr schade fand, weil ich im Urlaub gutes Essen erwarte. Wir wurden von den Kellnern ständig vom 4-er Platz verwiesen, weil wir zu 2 waren. Aber andere Paare durften aber sitzen bleiben. Unsere Zimmer waren voller Ameisen und geputzt wurde nicht gut. Am Pool liegen? Keine Chance!! Alle liegen mit Handtüchern belegt und die Arbeiter unternehmen nichts. Der Strand sehr steinig und dreckig. Teilweise kaputte liegen. Das einzig schöne war tatsächlich nur der Steg zum Meer. 5-10 min Laufzeit muss berechnet werden, bis man vom Hotel am Meer ist. Eine aufdringliche Kellnerin, die bei in der Mocca Bar gearbeitet hat, kam mir und meinem Mann ständig zu nah. Man sollte in so einem Hotel den Mitarbeitern zu mehr Professionalität schulen.
