Well-located hotel on the edge of the centre of town. Walking distance to the historic area, decent breakfast, free onsite parking (with dedicated undercover motorcycle parking), modern decor. Sadly the rooms have poor sound insulation - I was kept up all night be a room full of kids above who apparently didn't need sleep. And this hotel has some of the loudest pipe noise I've ever experienced in any hotel (and I've stayed in hundreds). Basically, you just have to hope nobody turns on the water or flushes the toilet while you want to sleep.

Good location to walk to the center with many restaurants and the tourist attractions. Enough parking on the hotel premises. Good breakfast. Would go there again.

First the good: Turtles in the courtyard fountain! I noticed they were friendly to humans, so I asked at the front desk and was given a small bowl of food to offer the turtles. As an animal lover, this was truly the highlight of my stay here. I loved it when they took food directly from my hand! The balconies off the rooms are very small but are also quaint and felt intimate. Clean bedding, responsive staff. Very walkable to points of interest. When we pulled in the first night, there was not a single parking spot left. The gentleman at the front desk came outside to assist us with where to put our car, which was very much appreciated since this was our first time in Romania. Breakfast was a positive experience as well. The not-so-good: On our first full day, our room flooded due to plumbing. Staff quickly moved us to another room. Our room was not down a hallway, but the hallways I saw were carpeted in what had to have been very old carpet, and did not look very sanitary. The common areas were clean, but it seems the hotel needs to do some maintenance/upgrades. A smoking area right at a point where, when the door opens, the smoke wafts inside, was not appealing at all.

Cheap but good value and great location.

It’s a cheap hotel in a great location with free onsite parking. What’s not to like. Not luxurious but clean comfortable warm with plenty of hot water for showers etc. you are getting what you pay for and it’s good value for what it is.

Simple, pleasant, friendly.

This is a nice unpretentious hotel close to the rail and bus stations and about 15 minutes walk to the old town. It was a little old-fashioned but that was charming. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and was clean and well presented. The member of staff at reception was friendly and courteous and quickly switched to excellent English to help us check in. This is a simple, good value hotel so manage your expectations and enjoy it. Maybe worth mentioning that there's no lift/elevator - it's only 3 storeys high but those with mobility issues should check before booking

Las habitaciones muy deterioradas y sucias en lo que se refiere a muebles y moqueta. Para el precio, no muy barato, no se incluye desayuno. Lo bueno: tiene parking y en un paseo estas en el centro.

We had 3 rooms in total and 2 of them had to be moved 3 times for different reasons. Either the showers won't drain, or the AC didn't work or the toilet won't flush. It was very inconvenient.
