Between land and sea. Pretty holiday home with a spacious terrace area in a preferred south-facing position. A lot of sun penetrates the spacious living area through the large sloping windows of the bright conservatory. In the evenings, a nice fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere, even in the off-season. In addition to the two bedrooms on the ground floor, there is another sleeping area with a double and a single bed on the spacious, open mezzanine. Enjoy the quiet location in rural surroundings just a few minutes from fantastic coastal landscapes (4 km). The popular seaside resorts of Cleder and Plouescat with their miles of white sandy beaches are very close by. The port and health resort of Roscoff attracts with its nice boutiques and good restaurants. Boat crossings to the offshore island of Batz are offered several times a day from the harbour.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. No pets allowed. The deposit must be paid in cash. Smoking is permitted on the balcony and the garden terrace. Charging of e-vehicles not permitted
