"In general, it is a good new hotel, but... when i was checking-in i was told that there was no room booked on my name even though i paid it in advance. Later they told me that they do not work with Expedia (where i booked this hotel) and asked me to pay for my stay. Of course, i refused because i already paid and couldn't cancel it. It was late night. They let me to stay and promised to solve the problem next morning. However, when i was checking out they told me that i must pay for my stay anyway. I replayed that i will not pay and then one of the managers came and talked to the reception lady. Then he addressed me and said that they do not work with Expedia anymore and it is ok, i don't have to pay. Very strange and unpleasant situation that i have never experienced before."

"I had an amazing stay! Room was lovely and spacious and clean with a fantastic walk-in shower and a great balcony. Hotel restaurant did a lovely breakfast buffet and I also had lunch there too! Staff were all super happy to help and reception staff spoke great English and helped me with any queries I had. Would highly recommend. "
