  • Welcome to what we call our Fleur de Lis in the Broadmoor area! This spacious house offers four comfortable bedrooms, a large kitchen, a comfy, stylish living room, two full bathrooms, a half bath, and huge backyard with a gazebo and large, beautiful oak tree! Come enjoy a quiet and peaceful neighborhood lush with huge trees and greenery. It's minutes away from many of Shreveport's finest restaurants, shopping, parks, casinos, colleges, museums, brewery, and aquarium!

    If you come for a weekend visit and to relax, our place is quiet and in a peaceful neighborhood. Of course, you may rent for longer stays if you're in town to work or visiting family... Stays of 7 days or more can receive a 20% discount. We do charge $15 extra per stay for each additional number of guests over 4, but we don't have cleaning fees for any of our stays!

Absolutely NO loud events or parties allowed! Violators will be asked to leave. Keep thermostat at reasonable temps between 70 and 73 degrees.
Towels are for drying only. Do not use them for cleaning anything. Towels and/or linens found with excessive soiling will incurr a $25 fee per item.

Roomy and nice

We stayed primarily as a place to rest our head at night as we were in town visiting family. For the short amount of time we were there each day we did find it very accommodating for all needs. I would certainly recommend to others and possibly stay there again next year.

Close, clean, comfy!

We needed a place for my elderly parents, my adult kids and their baby and ourselves for a few days. This place was perfect and Jose communicated promptly and clearly with us. Great place! Great host!

Great Location Easy access to everything

We really enjoyed our stay. We came in to town for the Mardi Gras Parade and Birthday weekend. This house is minutes from the casinos, plenty of grocery options close by as well as restaurants. House was in a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed our time there.

Perfect House

The house was centrally located to celebrate a family members graduation. We had plenty of room and the 2 full bathrooms came in handy with 3 adults and 3 teenagers. The place was tastefully decorated, had all the amenities and was very clean.

Perfect for our needs

We stayed at this property while visiting our niece at Centenary College. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, super clean, comfortable, and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Jose was very responsive and when an unexpected maintenance issue arose, he was quick to respond and resolve it with minimal interruption for us. We had a really nice stay.
