"The staff were excellent at the hotel. While my room was clean. It's definitely needing some attention, maintenance wise. There are little to no amenities in the room. Coffee is provided in the lobby only. The coffee was horrific and not drinkable. Our room had a water view but there's also a viewing area on the 14th floor. I personally feel there are better hotels to stay at that provide the same room or better with more amenities. Parking was $50 per night which I guess is standard."

"We found ants in our first room and were moved to another room that also had some dead ants in the bathroom. Else the stay was pleasant with convenient location comfortable beds and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. "

"The room was very small and outdated, the breakfast was mediocre with the usuall powdered eggs, sausage, hash browns, one style of bread for toast, one kind on bagel and two choices for cerial, and small coffees from a machine. The room was very noisy because the person above us walked like they had on cement shoes, the toilet ran off and on all night , the window in the room was filthy like it had been cleaned with a floor mop after cleaning the driveway with it. But the place was cheep and they don't charge for parking. I still will not book this place again"

"Room was clean Staff were great Unfortunately my experience during my stay wasn’t as planned. Due to the hotel being a shelter for individuals during our stay. Which don’t get me wrong I’m all for helping those who need. It would have been nice to inform guests prior to booking of changes taking place in the hotel and discounts should be provided. I had spent quite a bit of money for my room with my family of four to have a family vacation without any violence of individual fighting, yelling, using inappropriate language etc. in front of my children. It would have also been respectful to have known that the amenities in the hotel were unavailable. We were looking forward to the à la cart brunch that we so often enjoyed and love. Unfortunately brunch wasn’t all that great. Informing guests of changes in the hotel should be posted upon booking at all times. I was also told by front desk staff that it was a resent situation which I later found out wasn’t. It became a housing shelter in January and will be a housing shelter until at least August. "
