Centrally located modern new build perfect for families

  • Unwind in new luxury! This new build home boasts all new mattresses, linens and more. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen including a crock pot, mixer and brand new grill out back as well! 2 king size beds with 55 inch smart TVs means no fighting over the big bed or TV! Both rooms have USB port bedside lamps. The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and games and toys to keep the littles entertained. Pack light for the baby with the provided pack and play (bring your own sheet) and high chair (both stored in primary closet). All bedrooms have room-darkening Roman shades to promote a great night sleep. Fans in every room and central AC & heat will keep you comfortable year round.
    Family room has a 65 inch smart TV and a brand new comfy sectional.
    1 mile to Bertie’s and The House, great central location near downtown and a large network of mountain bike trails, just a few miles to Fools Hollow and Show Low Lakes.
    2 car garage available for guest use- there is no on-street parking permitted. No pets or smoking allowed. Bring your own streaming logins.
