「This was a fantastic retreat. I was unsure what to expect but found it was better than I expected, somehow. As a family with young kids, my two just loved if from the moment we arrived. The cabin had toys and fun items (& chocolate) as well as having an outdoor play space and a creek to go exploring. But with undercover parking, outdoor fire pit, bbq on porch, the accommodation was just fantastic. Couldn't be happier with our stay」

「Typical motel, good value with the usual amenities. Covered parking next to room. Nothing close except a useful petrol station with adequate convenience store. Watch out for message from management with room details before you arrive.」

「The cabin was very clean and check-in and out was really easy. The decor is quite dated but very well equipped if you want to self-cater. Bedside lamps would be good in the bedroom and more information in the property guide would be good e.g. which cabin bin to use for rubbish, which one for recycling, where to get laundry powder for machine etc. Eungella National Park & various walks are super close and absolutely stunning. Viewing platypus in the wild is only a 5 min drive away from the...

「Staff were friendly. Communication was excellent. Bed and lounge need to be updated. Lounge is sunken in the middle and the bed felt like one side had broken slats. We stay at Monterey often and this was the worst nights sleep we have ever had.」
