1 hour from Lake Tahoe and 10 minutes from Folsom Ca. It's a perfect place to unwind for the weekend.
Just under one acre of land for the kids to play and a pool to help soak the stresses away. Property includes 3 bedrooms two 2 baths,
front room, dinning area and kitchen.
Moderately sized fenced backyard (.6 acres) with enclosed pool.
Property includes the following:
Bedroom 1:
Master bedroom w/ queen sized Tempur-pedic bed, standard sized crib, and ensuite bathroom shower, walk-in closet. Towels, body-wash and shampoo included.

Bedroom 2:
Memory foam queen sized bed and closet.
Towels included.

Bedroom 3:
Twin sized sofa-bed or queen sized mattress depending on preference, sit stand desk, office chair. Towels included,

Bath / Shower. Body-wash and shampoo included.

It was an amazing stay from check-in to check-out. The host was extremely responsive and helpful through the whole booking process and stay.The house was clean and had plenty of space to hold our group for the weekend. The pool was a fantastic touch and was also very clean, and the backyard had plenty of space for our group to hang out before we started our day. The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood where we were able to relax and enjoy our time without interruption. The location was fantastic, as it is near good restaurants, grocery stores and shops. It is also close to lots of attractions and outdoor activities, so there are many things to do in the area.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful home away from home.
