Customer service Mr. Louis Chang helped me go through the internet to purchase high speed train ticket to Beijing. He was so patient and polite to help the customers, and did excellent jobs. I thank him so much .

Business trip in Shijiazhuang

Very good International hotel in a good location of Shijiazhuang. Breakfast buffet is amazing with a large array of food types. Hotel did have a bad smell of cigarette smoke even though I asked for non smoking room

满意的住宿

地理位置优越，有免费停车位。前台服务热情周到，对会员识别度高，办理入住、退房手续迅捷。房间干净整洁，有空气净化器感觉很贴心，网速也挺快，这是一次满意的住宿。

This is a truly beautiful and comfortable hotel that is quiet and has outstanding amenities and is also within walking distance from a great shopping mall.

Only manager communicates fluently in English

Air conditioning wasn't working in the room. English communication a big problem, not good especiall for a so called "international hotel". Would try somewhere else next time.

아주 좋았습니다.

저렴한 비용으로 최고급 호텔을 이용하였습니다. 특히 조식은 기대 이상이였습니다. 석가장 출장 시 매일 이용할 것 같습니다.

Great Value, Great Hotel

When staying in this second-tier Chinese city, it's worth spending a bit more to stay at the IC. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and kitted out with very modern decor and furnishings. Definitely deserving to be part of the IC chain. There is a convenient shopping centre next door if you need to buy anything. Would definitely book again if I ever find myself in Shijiazhuang again.
