This is place is a joke and I would not ever recommend staying. #1 The hotel advertised a breakfast but they were out of everything. The lobby area where you would have a breakfast smelled so bad I thought it was sewer. #2 It is infested with roaches the size of Texas. We turned around and reported the bugs, asked for a refund and did not stay. The receptionist was suppose to get the information for refund emailed. i have not heard a word. You are taking a chance if you choose this place. ITS HORRIBLE!!

The lady at the front desk was very nice but the room was very nasty, the a/c didn’t work properly and the breakfast was cereal and coffee what kinda breakfast is that dry cereal! I want be staying there again…

I don't know that I've ever stayed anywhere that made me feel quite as uncomfortable as this motel. The entire facility needed a thorough cleaning.

Horrible trash stay away

Smells just like cigarette smoke there is no smoke detectors. The beds feel like cardboard and the pillows feel like air. This has to be the worst hotel in Sherman, Texas.

Don’t stay here

Room and hotel was dirty- under our beds were old socks, white pills, a house shoe, food and a receipt from 6 months ago.

This place is Horrible! The first room had no working heat, the second room had working heat but had no cover on the unit. Dirtiest Hotel I have ever stayed in! Will certainly Never stay here again.

It smelled bad, old looking needed up dating. Not easy to get to do to construction. Friendly staff. Didn't stay their. Canceled reservation.

Staff was nice, but no breakfast as mentioned, room was non smoking still smelled of smoke, cleaning was very subpar but no bugs, and a lot of aesthetic fixes needed to be done there was a hole in my room wall, the socket cover on that same wall was hanging and my sink was put on crooked other than that it was cool for the price location was great just stop mentioning things you do not have

Had no hot water because they were doing laundry. Had roaches in our room. Asked for refund but were told we'd have to leave if they refunded money. Offered to change rooms. Tile falling off the wall, carpet taped down, mattress had a huge broken dow dip in it....hotel was absolute trash...never again Super8

Unclean and unprofessional staff. Waiting for unknown charges to be refunded. Corporate was supposed to come in and now we understand why. Night staff was amazing!

I'd rather sleep in my vehicle.

The whole place looked dirty. The hallways and stairs. The room was dirty and the shower was nasty. There was a used bar of soap with hair on it on the shower floor and the shower had not been cleaned. There were dead bugs in it. I do not recommend staying here.

We booked a room with a king size bed. When we arrived there were no king sized beds available in either smoking or non smoking. Now we are stuck with the hassle of trying to get a refund due to they did not have the room they promised.

They Just Didn’t Understand.

We reserved two rooms but the reservation at the hotel showed only one room. It took us 45 minutes to convince them we paid for two rooms- even showing them the confirmation email which stated two rooms and our online card statement showing the payment had been made.

This room was said to have a handicap shower. The hand rails were not in shower,the rail next to the toilet was loose and wobbly,the shower chair was not in the shower and when I tried to put it in, I found it didn't fit. There was no battery in the fire alarm. And the bed had a sunken spot. I will never stay at a Super 8 again!
