蚊がいます。
私の部屋に蚊が複数匹いました。同僚に聞くと、全員、夜中に蚊と格闘したようです。蚊が複数いても部屋は変えてもらえませんでした。

Old hotel room is big but not renovated old hotel. Bar staff was not hospitality.

The hotel is walking distance to the exhibition convention centre, and nearby amenities was good too. The service from the hotel staffs was very good, they will go the extra miles to assist their customers. Will definitely return again.

Good to stay
The Hotel location and Service is ok, no such amazing, also not such bad. It is good for business stay, except the air-condition is so noise at night.

Mirror was broken and they just put a sticker on it. Used cigarette on the floor while it is even a so called non smoking room. Tried to arrange birthday cake beforehand but it was not even available. Staff claimed they would replace it with fruits but again not available before we checked out. We won’t go back anymore.

The room was spacious and well decorated. I particularly liked the high ceiling. I also got upgraded to a larger room with good view. The downside was the room temperature was fixed and cannot be adjusted, even though I tuned down temperature by using the control panel.

When I booked, I had specify there were 4 adult. When I arrived I found out the suite was not really design for 4 adult stay so we had to add two beds. The added beds' condition was not at the best condition. The springs on both bed were all worn. I am surprise Expedia and Wyndham had allow me to book a room design for two when we have a party of four.

有點失望
溫德姆酒店一直都是我在福田酒店的首選 但這次的體驗，卻令我有所失望 除了服務質素下降了, 房間的迎賓水果也沒有了。 記得最開頭幾次入住是在疫情前，當時貴酒店的服務質素非常好，每次入住時，前台職員都彬彬有禮，非常熱情，主動詢問有沒有什麼房間要求，也會主動自我介紹，遞上卡片，告訴我下次入住前可以直接電郵給他，可以幫我安排房間，那服務質素令我念念不忘，很想再次入住。 一個五星級的服務態度，真的可以加很多分！ 但疫情後的最近幾次入住，服務質素明顯下降了，前台職員並沒有以往的一樣熱情，只能勉強說是合格，並沒有令人有賓至如歸的感覺。 雖然酒店的清潔度和空間感也一如往常的很好，但在服務上，希望可以有所改進。
