「Deb and her daughter were super accommodating and made the check in process super easy when we arrived! The cabin itself had everything we needed, including tea, coffee and snacks. They even had a fire set up for use at night under their bungalow. I would highly recommend staying here for a hiking trip or a weekend getaway! 」

「I loved this little house. The decor was modern yet Civil War era-esque. Very cozy and comfy. The little extras the host left were great although did not use any of them. I loved the location because I was able to walk wherever I needed to. I will definitely try and stay ere again, maybe at one of their other places. Thank you!!」

「We had an amazing time and my train obsessed 2 year old LOVED that the trains were across the street! They even have a train museum and large model train across the street. There’s an adorable little icecream spot around the corner we walked to and had a blast. The bed was comfy, the studio was super clean and welcoming and it perfectly suited our needs for the weekend. We had a blast at elkton brewing, enjoyed some fresh pizza, local trails and hiked some larger trails on our way out of town....

「It was a very hectic weekend for us. And though we did not get to see the stars, specifically the meteor shower, because it was cloudy. It was wonderful to be in such a quiet calm environment, after running all day. there were also very thoughtful snacks that added to the sense of calm. Although we did not get to meet our hosts, their thoughtfulness with our comings and goings was very much appreciated. 」

「Property is done up well and is clean and convenient. Our only negative about our stay is the town is a sleepy town. Everything closes at 5pm and even the restaurants close at 8pm. Not much to do entertainment wise.」

「Stayed here for the Shenandoah 1/2 Marathon and was literally perfect in every way. Location was ideal for me and is right in town close to everything. Larry was excellent with communication. The place was spotless and loved the extra touch of having bottled water and creamer in the fridge for coffee! The tub was amazing and much needed after running the 1/2! Bed was very comfortable. The place is just adorable. Never saw the person staying below me or heard a peep from them. Highly recommend! 」

「We already plan to go back! We were hoping to get away from it all, and we did! It was so peaceful and quiet. No one around but chickens and deer (and one cat ). The bed was comfortable, and bathroom stocked with nice thick fluffy towels. We were pleasantly surprised to find a container of coffee along with a coffee maker and filters. There is even a mason type jar with sugar and powdered creamer if one uses these in their coffee. It was a learning curve to figure out the convection...
