"The property was very clean and was very impressed with how nice the staff was. You had to pay for breakfast-it is not free. No free coffee bar either. They were somewhat stingy on the towels. The first day I had wash cloths, hand towels and bath towels. The next day they only refilled the bath towels. Never received wash cloths again. They made the beds but did not sweep. My biggest complaint is that the pool and hot tub were closed due to maintenance during my 3 day stay. So I was extremely bummed even when they wouldn’t offer a small refund. They also double charged me for my stay. I paid back in March on Expedia and they charged my card when I got there. However the lady was able to give me a refund on the second charge once I brought it to her attention. I stayed here for the convenience of the convention center, but I might look around at other options next time."
