The best part of this hotel is the local staff. In Georgia, where customer service is not that developed, the team here is exceptionally good. Five stars to its entire staff and management.

Location, the views and the amenities were great but the hotel is starting to show its age. Amazing pool and spa the only negative about the spa was the steam sauna it had an unpleasant smell, I would suggest maybe adding some eucalyptus to create a nice relaxing ambiance in the sauna. All in all an amazing property to relax and have fun.

There was really cold water and temperature around the hotel. There was very good staff. At the morning i woke up because of the fake evacuation. I were told that they were testing something but it was really bad experience for me.

The service is terrible, staff uncoordinated, restaurant waiters slow and grumpy. Makes the overall experience 5/10 when it easily could be 10/10 because everything else is ideal. Staff need training asap.

Their sea water pool was the highlight of my summer, along with the fish aquarium. LOVED IT! And can’t wait to go back.
