Shees Park

Whe I checked in, the room was initially not well cleaned and the towels that were given to me were astonishingly dirty. This is not my first stay at the property and this was an unexpected disappointment. Additionally, the staff at the restaurant, Origins, were poorly trained. Staff were getting orders wrong and many did not even know the items being offered at the restaurant. Some even had an impediment of speaking English or communication. That is not even to mentioned the lack efficient and timely service. To be clear, this is not my experience in the past. I have always loved staying at this property. But this time, their was a clear problem with the staff, especially in housekeeping and in the main restaurant, Origins.
