「The service was excellent. We had dinner at breakfast and the staff were brilliant. Particularly loved the ladies that looked after us at breakfast. The room was clean and very comfortable. The decor is a little tired in places but did not distract from a very pleasant one night stay. Definitely recommend.」

「Great location overlooking the bay. Nice restaurant. Older historic property but well maintained and nice. Rooms and bathrooms were nice but slightly small. No AC - usually none needed but very warm when we were there. You can open the windows which helps.」

「Hotel staff kindly took me to a separate room. The area around the hotel may not be popular tourist spot, but Baltimore Beacon is worth for visit. Seafood dinner at the hotel restaurant is highly recommended. 」

「First the plusses: incredibly friendly and helpful host, delicious cooked-to-order breakfast (included), with homemade bread, beautiful and bucolic setting on an active farm about 2 miles outside Kenmare - loved the sheep sounds. Minuses: it was the middle of a heatwave, lots of flies and no AC/fan. There were water/toilet flushing issues. And there should be a note in the listing that payment is cash only! The place desperately needs some updating - as long as your expectations are not high,...

「Very clean room and helpful staff. Small room and bathroom with not enough room to place our large suitcase or bathroom potions. We did choose a cozy room at an economical price but our friends also commented on their cruise-sized bathroom. Another shelf for toiletries would’ve been helpful and a suitcase stand instead of a chair. Lobby and bar area are lovely and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.」
