Edgewater Escapes - 4 bed condo steps to the lake

Enjoy life on the shores of Lake Michigan in this luxury, courtyard condo. This two-story, 4 bedroom/3 bathroom get-away is in close proximity to EVERYTHING, including the harbor, downtown restaurants/pubs. Also, within 30 minutes of Whistling Straits, Kohler Spa and Road America. We manage several units on the property. We are a separate company from the Resort, so their amenities are not included with our units.

Two-story units located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building with private entrance and balcony. Two bedrooms, kitchen/dining room, living room and a bathroom are located on the main floor of the unit. The remaining bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry are on the second floor. The TVs are equipped with streaming services. Bring your log in information!

Hosted by North Shore Property Management. Multiple units available. Grilling is not allowed on the property.

Family vacation
This propert has a great view and a great location. Communications were timely but it was difficult to understand how the check-in key situation worked. More details in the initial email would be welcome. The condo was in need of a deep clean and some simple updates that could really help the overall look. It would be helpful to have more kitchen towels ( only one), more pods for dishwashing and laundry or to be informed that essentially we needed to bring these things. Overall, great space for our family!

Ladies Getaway
The actual layout of this condo was great for our group of 7 elderly ladies. However the condo had not been vacuumed, floors not scrubbed, living room tables not wiped off prior to our arrival. No kitchen towels/dish cloths and only 4 wash cloths. Sink stopper missing in upper bathroom, master bedroom ceiling fan switch did not work (fan ran entire time), control for fireplace difficult to control start/stop. Master bathroom floor tires broken. Would have been nice to have more detailed instructions for door key usage, instructions not clear for tv (none of them worked for us), and mention could have been made about there being 2 flights of stairs.

Weekend Golf Stop
Drove up to Sheboygan to play golf with some buddies and booked our stay here. Location was perfect for us close to everything and our stay was great. Clean property plenty of room all four of us had our own bedroom zero complaints here would stay again!

Wonderful! Everything you could need at a reasonable price. Beautiful setting!
I had a lot of difficulty getting communication because we had to make changes to our reservations. I’m not sure if this was because of my misunderstanding of the process or lack of communication on the part of the host but eventually it all worked out.

Beautiful place in a lovely setting
Would absolutely stay here again. Short walk to the lake and stunning view. Property was so nice!! So much room and so many beds. We were all so comfortable. So glad we chose to stay here
