"We really enjoyed our stay at this perfect Niagra on the Lake Hotel. Everyone was so pleasant from the moment we checked in until check out. Rooms were beautiful, breakfast was nice, and the staff quickly met any request we had."

"Overall, this was an extremely disappointing stay. On a positive note, the location was great, the beds were comfortable and check-in was easy. However, there were too many negatives to overlook. Many windows didn’t not have screens, there is not a secure area in the garage for garbage. We put our garbage in a bin, but other garbage had been scattered on garage floor. The worst issue was ants (in bathroom, kitchen counter dining room). We made a decision to leave 2 days early due to the ants. Host did not respond to me after I messaged about leaving early."

"Excellent property. Absolutely as described. Fully equipped kitchen. Fantastic location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again."

"We really enjoyed the accommodations, perfect for our group and the bedrooms were really nice with the individual ensuite baths. We did struggle with lightning in the front bedroom and some on the main floor, the kitchen pot lights need some attention. The kitchen cupboards could do with an overhaul and organization and a few more wine glasses would be a good idea. All these items aside the property is great, location perfect and we will be back another time, thanks very much, "
