「Basic rooms, fairly clean and staff were responsive. The refrigerator was minimum.」

「This hotel is in poor condition. Carpets are worn and stained, the breakfast is inadequate, the hot water unexpectedly goes from scalding to cold. The room was of good size, however, the bathroom is very small.According to the front desk person this hotel is in some stage of renovation. There do seem to be a large number of extended stay guests. The hotel is quiet, and the security doors we used all functioned properly. The outlet mall across the street is also going through a renewal phase....

「The room we had was pretty rough. It had been somewhat updated with furniture but needs a complete remodel. For instance, the tub and surround looked like it was probably original. The room appeared somewhat clean but our grandkids feet were almost black on the bottom from walking barefoot in the room after 10 minutes. 「We stayed in the treehouse cabin with our toddler and had a wonderful time. He loved playing in the giant jacuzzi bathtub! The room was spacious and well furnished with a king sized bed and a queen sized pull out couch bed. The view was lovely, though admittedly I believe it would have been more so in the winter time. We experienced an issue with the toilet in the room immediately after checking in and the staff was wonderful. It was a total one off, nothing they could have predicted and they...

「Pool is clean, free coffee in the lobby. AC is strong and cold during the 104F weather last weekend. The rooms are clean and beds are cozy. Cheap but clean. Location is fine.」

「5泊の滞在で、暖房の音が大きい、デジタル時計故障、部屋の異臭、ベッドシーツに大きな茶色いシミ、絨毯に大きな黒いシミ、メイドサービスなし(希望する時に来るとの事でした)、自動販売機故障(お金戻らず)、ベランダにタバコの吸い殻、トイレもきちんと流れず。クロゼットにハンガーなし。安いがひどかった。朝食は無料でビュッフェスタイルです。ワッフルが自分で焼けて美味しかった。隣接しているステーキレストランはお肉が大変美味しかったのでオススメですが、このホテルは2度と利用しません。 」
