4回目のランガムです。静かな部屋で7泊しました。ホテルのスタッフにいろいろと世話になりました。5階の中国レストラン唐閣で毎日のように食事しました。スタッフは親切で食事はとても美味しかった。

エグゼクティブルームのサービスとして、5キロ圏内リムジンサービスあり。ピンクの車で次の滞在先の陆家嘴まで送ってくださり、助かりました！ 27階エグゼクティブラウンジでは、朝食サービスアフタヌーンティー14:00〜17:00 イブニングカクテル17:30〜20:30 closeは23:00 イギリスのホテルだけあり、スコーンとクロテッドクリームが最高でした！

とても満足しました。高級ホテルにたまにありますが、歯ブラシを置いていませんでした。ただ、カウンターで聞いたら歯ブラシをいただくことができました。次の日のベットメイクの時も新しい物がありました。スタッフの皆さんはとても施設でまた泊まりたいと思いました。

スタッフは親切で、英語が苦手な我々にもとても丁寧に接してくれました。朝ごはんも種類が豊富でとても美味しくてテンション上がりました。刀削麺をその場で作ってくれます。あと、上海駅はじめどこにいくにも至便なばしょです。近くの新天地には外国人向けの賑やかなバーがたくさんあり、夜遅くまで食べたり飲んだり楽しむことができます。また上海来る機会があればここにしたいなと思うくらいです。

部屋は広く、設備は洗練されてます。インテリアも申し分ないくらい素敵でした。ただチェックイン時、16時なのにまだ清掃が住んでなく部屋に入れませんでした。しかも途中で3泊予約してたのに2泊しかないといわれ、スタッフなのかシステムなのか、かなりレベル低いです。朝食は￥4500もする割にたいしたことないのが残念です。周辺はおしゃれなお店やショッピングセンターが多いので楽しめます。

とにかくサービスがよい

変圧器の無料レンタルができるので日本のアイロンが使える～！ VPN無しでもLINEが使えて便利。サービスも丁寧でばっちりです。ただ、事務のミスで朝食を利用していないのに朝食料金が加算されていたので請求書はよく確認したほうが良いです。

便利な立地

上海の中心部に位置するので、移動が非常に便利です。また、ホテルはロビーか、廊下までバラの匂いが漂い、高級なホテル感が漂います。ただ、ホテルの車寄せからチェックインに至るまでのホテルマンの対応がイマイチで、もう少し気が利けば、最高のホテルになると思います。

上海新天地に近く便利です。以前利用していたブティックホテルが閉業したためこちらを利用しました。2人分の朝食代金と同じ値段で、エグゼクティブルームにアップグレードするとクラブラウンジを利用できて、大変快適でした。
