Lovely Dockside Apartment! Located right in the Harbor!

  • You will never want to leave! Located on the harbor boardwalk this second story apartment has views that are out of this world! Literally there is only one space like this in town! The views are amazing and unobstructed! Watch boats pull in and out of the harbor from Resurrection Bay. Peek out the large living room windows to watch the animals (harbor seals, sea lions, sea otters, birds,) play outside in the water and snag fish from the fish cleaning station! Stare across the bay (watch for breaching whales) into the mountains where you can see glaciers and in the spring an occasional avalanche! Through the bedroom windows you can watch hikers climb the famous Mt. Marathon! Over 4th of July you can watch the race laying in bed! This one bedroom one bathroom apartment really is one in a million and we are eager to share it with you!

    Apartment Includes: One Queen Sized Bed, Cable, Internet, Fully Stocked Kitchen, Amazing Views, and One Bathroom (Stall Shower).

    Apartment is located in the hustle and bustle of the harbor. It is close to dining locations, gift shops, charter/tour boat offices, ice cream shop, and clothing stores. It is located one mile from downtown. A free Seward shuttle is available around town. The bus stop is located a few hundred feet from the door.

    This apartment is NOT handicapped accessible. It is located on a second story with a flight of stairs. Free parking for this apartment is available, but is located across the street.

Amazing view and location

We would definitely stay here again. The apartment is well appointed, has beautiful views and the location on the dock was so convenient for our fishing trip and to walk to restaurants.

Beautiful view and perfect location.

We choose this location to be near the boat tours. We really enjoy the near by restaurants and bakery. The apartment had everything we needed. The binoculars were a nice touch.

Great Location!

We loved our stay at Sarah's place conveniently located dockside in the harbor. The apartment had everything and anything we needed. Well appointed and Sarah left excellent instructions and recommendations during and after our stay. We would stay here again should we ever cine back to visit!

Everything about this rental was great! The apartment is comfortable with a fantastic view of the harbor. It is conveniently located to restaurants and shops within walking distance. The host was great and easy to communicate with. Loved it!!

A location that can't be beat

Directly overlooking the Seward harbour, with spectacular views of the mountains, boats, harbour seals, bald eagles and sea otters frolicking below your windows, you absolutely can't beat the location of this apartment. Clean, well equipped, and hosted by a very communicative and nice host, all the best amenities of Seward are steps away. When in Seward, you can't do better than this apartment.

Fantastic Views of Seward Harbor

The view is the main attraction here !! The property manager was very easy to contact and immediately solved any issues. The apartment kitchen was very well equipped. Electronic device USB chargers and cables everywhere! We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Great condo with great views!

We stayed in the condo the third week in September. The area was not very crowded and businesses were starting to shut down for the season. The condo is located right in the harbor. The view is incredible. You can see boats and sea life. We enjoyed looking out at the harbor. The condo is very clean and comfortable. We stayed for two nights and found the condo well stock with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great view

Loved being able to see the harbor and all the activity. What you may not realize in the listing is there is no curtains or blinds in the main living area which at first was uncomfortable but then you got used to it and got over it. They were great host and quick to respond. Very convenient to walk around and see the town. Cute place with an amazing view!! Definitely recommend

A+ Experience!

The apartment is located overlooking the harbor/marina. Very scenic. We enjoyed sitting in the living room watching the fishermen come in and process their catch for waiting customers. We didn't cook but the kitchen looked fully stocked with dishes and cookware. Shops and restaurants are close by as well as gathering points for some tour companies. The property manager was incredibly patient and responded promptly to all our questions.

Pictures don't do justice

My husband and I stayed 3 nights before heading on a cruise. The pictures dont come close to how amazing the views really are and how nice the apartment was. Very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make a meal of salmon caught right outside with the fishing poles included in the stay. The host was absolutely amazing and helped out in so many ways, starting with helping figure out what was the best choice for us to travel from Anchorage to Seward, letting us check in early and keeping communications going through the whole stay. Wish i could give more stars to the apartment and host.

The home was perfect! Very clean . Bed and linens were very comfortable.It had everything we needed or wanted in a vacation home. The Host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was amazing! Many great places to eat, and shop We were able to walk to anything we wanted to do. Now, let’s talk about the views!The home is on the water and we had the harbor and all the boats to watch come and go.Don’t hesitate to stay here. You will not be disappointed!

We love staying at the Lovely Dockside apartment! It was our second time staying here and it was just as fantastic as we remembered it to be! The view is amazing even when it’s a bit overcast or rainy! The check-in process is seemless and Sarah is a great host! Definitely recommend and hope to come back to visit again!
