Upon entering, you step into a spacious and comfortable living-dining room with a double sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, Smart TV, and a dining table with chairs. To the right, a corridor leads to the modern and functional kitchen, fully equipped and furnished with quality furniture. From the kitchen, you access the first bedroom, which features a double bed measuring 150 by 190 cm, a walk-in closet, and a full en-suite bathroom with shower. Both rooms offer privileged views of the Giralda and the Cathedral.

From the living room, through a door on the left, you reach the second bedroom, which also has a double bed measuring 150 by 190 cm and a full en-suite bathroom with shower.

Just a few steps from the apartment are other iconic places such as the Alcázar and the Archivo de Indias. The area is lively and full of life, with a wide range of restaurants, traditional tapas bars, artisan shops, and excellent public transport connections.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
