The apartment is located in a modern building with an elevator and has been decorated and furnished with great attention to detail, using high-quality furniture and, in many cases, exclusive designer pieces.

It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed measuring 1.50 x 2.00 meters and another with a single bed measuring 0.90 x 2.00 meters. There is a separate bathroom, a modern fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful living room.

Additionally, it includes a private terrace furnished with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying Seville’s climate and sunshine.

The property is in a privileged location for exploring Seville. Crossing Avenida de Recaredo leads you to the oldest and most historic part of the city center. On the other hand, the rear area is a residential neighborhood frequented by locals, offering numerous traditional bars, typical restaurants, shops, fresh markets, and supermarkets, providing the perfect blend of local life and cultural tourism.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
