The property features three bedrooms: one with a double bed measuring 1.35 x 1.90 m, another with two single beds measuring 0.90 x 1.90 m, and a third with a single bed measuring 0.90 x 1.90 m. Additionally, there is a separate bathroom and a guest toilet.

The living room is carefully furnished with high-quality designer furniture, and the kitchen is separate, modern, and fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances.

The apartment also offers a private patio, covered with artificial grass and furnished with garden furniture, ideal for enjoying the outdoors right in the heart of the city.

It is located in a privileged area for exploring Seville. Crossing Avenida de Recaredo brings you to the historic and oldest part of the city center, filled with landmarks and charming streets. At the back, the building faces a genuine residential neighborhood frequented by locals, featuring numerous traditional bars, typical restaurants, shops, fresh markets, and supermarkets. A perfect blend of local life and cultural tourism.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Modern, confortable , central.

Great Flat, communication very good. Best confortable beds, nice well equipped kitchen, patio. We loved the place. The only downside is the windows of the main bedroom are really not sound proof so it feels like you sleep in the street but even amplified. Looked everywhere if window was not left open somewhere but No. So my husband ended up taking one of the children bedroom as he couldn t sleep and sending child to me. Otherwise was really the best flat we rented during our week in andaloucia .
