LOCATION

This apartment will be for the customer’s exclusive use. Outdoor areas, such as the elevator and hallways, will be shared with other units for entering and exiting the apartment.

Rules

The courtyard of the Accommodation will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.. Please be respectful of the residents of the neighboring houses. Of course, parties are prohibited. Thank you very much. 

Customer Service Hours.

Our customer service hours from Monday through Saturday are from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. On holidays, our hours are from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., unless it is an emergency, in which case we will be available.

*The accommodation’s patio may be used from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. You must be considerate of the residents of neighboring homes. Of course, parties are prohibited. Thank you very much.**

Please be aware that we do not want parties or misuse of our property. Therefore, for the sake of clarity: - The host will hold the guest responsible for any item on the property that is damaged or taken without permission. -- - In the event of broken or stained furniture, the guest will be required to pay compensation of 500.00 euros for full replacement.
