Beautiful apartment in El Arenal, heart of Seville

Apartment in the heart of Seville, located 130 meters from the Teatro de la Maestranza, 200 meters from the Plaza de Toros, 500 meters from the Cathedral and Los Reales Alcázares and 800 from the Triana neighborhood.
It is a first floor with balconies to the street. Despite being in the center it is a very quiet street so rest is assured.
It has many services around such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bus and metro stops, etc.
Its location is in the historic center surrounded by monuments, next to the Guadalquivir River and one of the best areas of Seville to go out for lunch or dinner at restaurants or have a good time having a drink in one of the many places in the area.

Seville short break

The apartment was ideal, only a few minutes walk from the centre of town and had river bank. Very comfortable, air conditioning, coffee maker (most important appliance) Roomy bathroom. Secure and quiet. Ideal for us.

Host, location and comfort

Could not ask for a better host. Immediate responses and very easy to communicate with, Isabel was perfect in every way. The apartment is as described and as depicted in photos. Comfortable and high-quality furnishings, 2 balconies, very easy check-in and excellent location a few minutes walk from all of the sights. We would not hesitate to stay in this apartment again. It is well-stocked and has the amenities that make a vacation home comfortable and easy to live in. We lacked for nothing and are very satisfied.

Very nice apt, great location

Well appointed, clean and roomy. Location between Bull Fighting Ring and Golden Tower made it easy to locate and close to everything. We were there several days and never had to take public transportation, just an Uber to the bus station. Which we had walked by earlier, but decided with luggage it was worth 8€ for 2 people. The only hiccup we had was the key was not in the lockbox when we got there. Messaged host, who responded immediately, and a woman from upstairs brought us the key. I mention this only because you'll want to be sure you have a way to communicate without relying on WiFi. I have a data plan on my phone, but my traveling companion does not. On his own, he would have had to find WiFi somewhere first to get checked in.
